Diamond Central LLC, in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and Diamond Central LLC policy, does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, creed, national origin including ancestry, ethnicity, sex including pregnancy, gender, gender identity or expression including status as a transgender individual, physical or mental disability including gender dysphoria and similar gender-related conditions, alienage or citizenship status, military status including past, current, or future service in the uniformed services, genetic information, predisposing genetic characteristics, marital status, domestic violence victim status, familial status, actual or perceived sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, New York, or local laws.


Reported violations of this policy will be documented and reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Diamond Central, LLC


As an OSHA Outreach Trainer, it is Diamond Central, LLC's policy to comply with the requirements and procedures of the OSHA Outreach Training Program. Discriminatory and defamatory comments toward or regarding OSHA, an ATO, or any individual or group of individuals are described in the Trainer Code of Conduct section of the Training Program Requirements and Procedures as inappropriate behavior.

Registration

You must submit your registration at least three (3) days prior to the class start date. We recommend that students register for a course as early as possible due to limited seating. We do not guarantee a seat or reservation until the registration process is complete and course payment is received. All applicants will receive confirmation via email or paper copy upon in-person registration. We will process your registration the next business day if received after 6 PM.

Course Fees

Course fees must be paid in full in order to receive course completion materials. Course fees include the cost of the training, as well as any learning materials, handouts, and manuals distributed during the course. Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit cards (VISA/MC), personal or company checks, money orders, or cash. Coupons and financial aid are not accepted. Payments made with a company or personal check are subject to a 7-business-day authorization before course materials can be released.


Refund

Any student/customer who has requested our reprinting services for lost or stolen cards may not receive a refund due to the immediate and irrecoverable cost to Diamond Central of processing this request. Students / Clients who have paid to take our courses and have partially attended the class are also not eligible for a refund. Unless it is the case that Diamond Central due to staffing problems or an unforeseen problem cannot present the class or the certifications that are included in that class, this exception does not include students who failed the class either by not completing the attendance or not receiving the sufficient grade / points required by the DOB / DOL / DOE (Departments of Buildings / Labor / or Education). If the student has called to cancel 48 hours prior to the start date of the class that they paid to Diamond Central and if they have not received any bonus / or cash commission, a refund will be issued between 50% and 100% of the amount paid by the student, this depends on the course or class taken.


Attendance

If a course has an exam, that the student must pass in order to complete the program, students must attend all training sessions and no make-up time will be allowed.

Full attendance is required to receive the course completion materials. Time-out sessions Make-up exams are available for some courses. For more information, contact us at 1-888-403-4341.

Students are required to arrive on time to all trainings. Students arriving more than 30 minutes late to a session will be excluded from the remaining class at the instructor's discretion. For courses that meet over multiple days, students must attend each training session.

Exam Policy:

Students are required to individually read and answer exam questions in the language of the training.

A student who needs special accommodations must notify DIAMOND CENTRAL LLC OSHA TRAINING CENTER at the time of registration.

Students must earn a minimum score of 70% to pass the class and receive course completion materials.

Students who do not pass the written or practical exam will have the opportunity to retake the entire course at a reduced rate. Students who do not pass the exam are not eligible for a refund.

Materials to Bring

At the beginning of each class, all students are required to present a valid photo ID. (For multi-day courses, ID will only be collected at the first training session.) Acceptable forms of ID include a driver's license, passport, state ID, green card, work/school ID, or any other ID that contains the student's photograph and full legal name. Failure to provide ID will result in a delay in course completion materials.

Students should also bring paper, notebooks, #2 pencils, and other necessary supplies. DIAMOND CENTRAL LLC OSHA TRAINING CENTER is not required to provide these materials to students.


Weather Emergency:

We will monitor weather conditions that may disrupt class activities. If a weather issue arises, we will change or postpone the class start time, or completely reschedule the class session. We will post any schedule changes on our social media or contact our students directly if a weather emergency arises.



Instructor Proprietary Interest Policy


As an OSHA Outreach Trainer, it is the policy of Diamond Central, LLC to comply with the requirements and procedures of the OSHA Outreach Training Program.


Diamond Central, LLC must sign an OSHA Compliance Statement certifying the following:


Instructors will use non-proprietary, federally regulated OSHA materials.


Violation of the policy may result in the loss of OSHA credentials.


For all other courses, Diamond Central, LLC will not advertise any proprietary programs or materials during any learning events.


Legal and Intellectual Property Rights Policy


As an OSHA Outreach Trainer, it is the policy of Diamond Central, LLC to comply with the requirements and procedures of the OSHA Outreach Training Program. Diamond Central, LLC does not claim any intellectual or legal property rights to the programs or materials used during any learning events. Intellectual and legal property rights belong to OSHA.

For all other courses, the intellectual property or legal rights in the program or materials will belong to the developer of the materials unless otherwise contracted.
